45 - Minute Group Lessons:
We offer two payment options for group lessons, which are outlined below. The lesson will be prorated based on your start date. Lessons will be held weekly in the student's home. Group lessons will be based on the availability of instructors and based on the situation.

Payments may be made via check or Venmo. Late payments may be assessed a late fee of $25.

Student Policies
Payment Policies: ​Semester tuition payments will be paid by your first lesson. Monthly tuition payments will be due on the first of the month. Invoices will be created in the My Music Staff student portal. Payments can be made, via Venmo to @eaweyers or via check mailed to 24988 130th Street Bouton, IA 50039.

Late Payments: Late payments may be assessed a late fee of $25.
​
Returned Checks: If a check is returned at the bank you will be asked to re-make payment ASAP. You will also be charged the bank's $25 return fee in addition to the original payment.
​
Tardy: If you are tardy to a lesson, you will only receive a lesson as long as your remaining lesson time.
For in-home lessons, please be ready as soon as the instructor arrives.
​
Cancellations / Rescheduling: In order for a lesson to be rescheduled, the instructor must be given advance notice that a lesson will be missed. Tuition is not refunded or credited for missed or canceled lessons. Reschedules are not guaranteed.
​
Lesson Termination: Students must give 4-weeks notice for termination of lessons. Lesson tuition will NOT be refunded or credited for past or future lessons. Any monthly payments outstanding at this time must be paid prior to the termination of lessons.
​
Materials and Books: In addition to your normal tuition payments please plan to spend an average of $30 per semester on materials for your student, including books, sheet music, instrument materials, etc.
​
All students will be required to have a lesson book for their instrument. Books will be ordered through the studio and the cost added to your invoice.
​
Access to Instruments:​ All students of Weyers Music Studio will have access to an instrument for daily practice. Ideally, piano students will have an acoustic or a digital piano with 88 weighted keys.
All instruments should be in good working condition and well maintained.
​
Recitals and Performance Opportunities:
There is one recital scheduled per semester and is highly encouraged that all students be in attendance.
​
Lesson Location:
We are a mobile lesson studio and come to the students' homes or preferred locations. If the student's home is not an option for lessons, the student is required to find and pay for a lesson venue.
